Utah’s Heart of the Arts
Each summer Logan rolls out the red carpet for Utah Festival Opera and Musical Theatre’s talented musicians and performers. This year Mary Poppins, The Marriage of Figaro, West Side Story and Newsies are in repertory with full orchestra, along with about 150 concerts, lectures, interactive classes taught by industry experts, backstage tours, and more.
Right around the corner is the 1913 Caine Lyric Theatre, home of one of the Lyric Repertory Company, one of the only true remaining repertory companies in the nation. You can also catch a free concert at Noon Music at the Tabernacle in downtown Logan every weekday June–July.
Step Back in Time
Experience the true Old West at the American West Heritage Center where history comes alive. The Center offers hands-on learning as you visit with mountain men, pioneers turn-of-the- century farmers…you can even see a small herd of buffalo.

The Great Outdoors
Logan Canyon National Scenic Byway is 43 miles of unspoiled paradise where you can hike, bike, fish, canoe, horseback ride, ski and snowmobile. From June through mid-October, head to Beaver Creek Lodge to explore the Rocky Mountains on horseback. There are beautiful mountain trails with spectacular views, friendly horses and experienced guides. Or, rent a side-by-side RZR off-road vehicle and explore the backcountry.
